Fitness

At twenty year of age ? Safe to say, exersise is only now starting to be a priority. Only now do I realise how important your health is. I have been dancing since I was 5 years old. I never considered it exersise. It was more of a passion, it was never a chore. I feel I'm at my happiest when I'm dancing, even if its around my room or on the stage, I will always love Dancing. It's my way of letting go, setting myself free and trying to escape from any troubles I have going on. Once you find a passion like that, never let go. Always do things that make you happy. I love Dancing and I will never give up on it because it will always be there for me , inside my heart.

I never been to a gym, never joined one until last week. Today was my first proper day consisting of hard ab workouts. I know realise how unfit I am. My muscles are in pain, but as the saying goes "Pain is beauty".. Or maybe "beauty is pain" ? I don't know, you get me anyway. But I felt so good about it. After going through a lot of bad stuff lately , it was a great way to just let go. I never knew g workouts would give me such a thrill as dancing does. But now to try and eat healthy ? That'll be hard. I only eat fat and carbohydrates. Although I have improved lately. If you are like me and don't eat healthy , trust me , start gradually bringing in healthy foods into your diet. For example, I used to have a chicken baguette with cheese and ketchup. Now I have replaced the ketchup with lettuce. And I actually never knew I really liked lettuce. Simple things like this will make you a healthy bird in no time. And a healthy diet equals a healthy you which equals a happy you. And we all want to be happy dont we ?
