Day 6

What band or musician is most important to you?

Okay bit obvious It's Nicki Minaj. I already wrote a blog about her so I will keep it short. But I also want to talk about a band that are important to me, which are Britain's next big boy-band, Union J.

Nicki Minaj, Onika Maraj and Female Weezy. So many names but only one woman. One woman who has changed my life. I've been a fan of her for about 4 years now and I'm glad to call myself a "Barb" . Over 17 million followers and growing, she's truly conquering the world. I never really listening to rap as I always consider myself as a "pop princess" when it comes to music. But once I heard about Nicki, I fell in love with her work. Everytime I listen to a song she sings , my heart melts because she's so inspiring and is such a role model. She's one of the very few artists that interacts with her fans and she simply treats us like her friends. I love everything she has done so far and I am looking forward to her future projects.

I also admire Union J. Originally "Triple J" started off as a group of three boys and now a year later with George Shelley was added to the package and are now ready to conquer the world. Although they have big competition like The Wanted and One Direction, Union J are so unique and are different from other boy bands. Like Nicki Minaj, they are dedicated to their fans. Although I haven't met them yet, they are supposed to be such nice and genuine guys. Their songs in which the co-wrote are all amazing so far. They are simply starting off bit I'm looking forward to the journey ahead and I'm proud to call myself a Jcat.

See ya later,

JB
