Fabulous Food Trail with Jess

Hello everyone!

Today's post isn't related to fashion or beauty, but FOOD! Yes! Everyone loves talking about food, and of course eating it! A few weeks ago, I took part in a Fabulous Food Trail in Dublin.

So what is a Fabulous Food Trail? Well, a small group of you will have a tour guide who will take you to different food businesses around Dublin and have a taste of what they offer. I've never tried anything like this before. Although the concept is so simple, Eveleen and the Team create such a well designed programme by collaborating with different businesses in Dublin City Centre. I'm usually very boring when it comes to food and wouldn't usually experiment. So, this experience was different but I really enjoyed trying different tasty foods. I went by myself but I got to meet different people.

There was a variety in our ages and where we come from but we are brought together for one thing- food! So whether you do decide to try this on your own or with a group of friends, it's worth trying! The trail is 2 hours long and you honestly don't feel the time fly! The stops do change depending on the day you go etc, so the stops I go on you might and might no visit! I will give a list of the stops and their addresses if you do want to pop in! I've decided not to tell you what I got up to at each stop as I'll leave that as a surprise if you do go on a Trail! However, I will say the staff at each stop were so informative and friendly! They are businesses that will always welcome you back! I savoured such incredible food. Food, that I never thought I would try before!

  • Sheridan's Cheesemongers
  • The Pepper Pot
  • Blazing Salads
  • The Swan bar
  • Lolly and Cook, George's Street Arcade
  • Cocoa Atlier
  • Fallon & Byrne
Below are some images I captured on the tour. This tour isn't just for tourists, but for people from Ireland too. I discovered places that I never knew about and would definitely go back to. Irish people may not be that experimental with their food. However, this experience will let you explore the different food we can taste and savour in Dublin City!
