Blog Birthday OOTD ft. River Island and Penneys/Primark

So for my “Blog Birthday”, I think it was meant to be that I was to wear this cute jumper. I picked it up a few weeks ago and I was waiting for the right time to wear it. When I looked outside it was really sunny but it was due to rain. So I threw this little rig-out on for the day to meet up with some friends and, well blog of course!
