Jessicabanaghan: Happy 1st Birthday

Hi guys!

How have we been since we last talked? So this post is more personal as you probably saw from my social media, today my blog is one year old! I can't believe it's one year today that I created my own blog. I have had my doubts about leaving it but I dedicated myself to creating my own world, sharing my thoughts and words of weirdness here on Chaos wearing Lipgloss. I would like to thank every person worldwide who reads my blog. It means the world to me that I get so many views weekly.

A lot has happened this past year, some ups and many downs. As I'm writing this, for some reason Destiny’s Child's "Survivor" is playing in the background. Coincidence much? Yes, I would call myself a Survivor. I've had my fair share of haters and people who looked down on me. Still do. Everyday! My advice? Never let anyone treat you bad. Whether it's at home, in work or a relationship, always stand up for yourself and say how you feel. I have got walked over a lot and I made a lot of decisions that have made me a better me. Those bad experiences will help you in the future as you can learn from them. Always, treat people the way YOU want to be treated.

Any-who! Back to the celebrations! I'm going to try and make this a birthday week, with (hopefully) a new and exciting post every day or every second day.
