Selfie Girl talks... The #BoldIsBeautiful Project

So, some of you might remember a few months ago, Benefit invited to an event to launch this year's "Bold is Beautiful" project. This campaign was set up to give back to local communities. The co-founders of Benefit, Jean & Jane Ford offered a "feel-good" approach to beauty back in 1976 and this campaign continues on this legacy.

So what is the campaign for 2016? Well, for the entire month of May 2016, ladies around the world can visit a Benefit boutique/Brow Bar to get the brows waxed. However, 100% of the Benefit profits go towards charities supporting women and girls. How incredible is that? Not only do you get to donate to charities, but Benefit will gift you a full sized 'Gimme Brow' ( usually €25.50) for FREE as a thank you! How amazing is that?

This campaign isn't all about it Benefit or promoting them, this is all about the charities. This year, Benefit has chose to support 'Look good feel better' and Daisyhouse - two incredible charities. Read on to see why!

Look Good Feel Better  is a non-medical & free service that supports women with the visible side effects of cancer treatment. They do this by providing practical advice in workshops, facilitated  by professional beauty and hair advisors in hospitals across all Ireland. Some of you may already be familiar with this incredible charity and the benefit it has to women across the country.

Daisyhouse is a housing association  that provides Supported Temporary Accommodation with uniquely tailored individual Personal Support Programmes to women who are homeless. They provide this service for periods of 18 months to reduce the chance of becoming homeless again and to feel confident in living sustainably.
